Logus Manufacturing Corp. model SM-A-952389-1 (also referenced as LOC-224BMTX13) is a mil-spec manually-operated switch (has 1/4" diameter flatted shaft, 2 inches long) in the TRANSFER configuration. It also features auxiliary SPDT contact terminals, ideal for remote indication of position. With SMA female connectors. Both sides of square base plate (1.625" X 1.625" have drilled and tapped holes for mounting. Maximum length 4 inches, including shaft. The model S-2311 is SPDT (single pole, double throw) and as shown in the accompanying photo, both outputs are normally closed. The relay has two 26 vdc coils (each pulls about .17 amp). Energizing either or both of these coils opens its associated contact, and disconnects its associated SMA output from the common (center) SMA input. The coil or coils must be kept energized for their associated SMA to be disconnected from the common. (This is not a latching type relay.) The relays weigh 2 ounces each, and measure 1.25 inches wide, 1/2 inch thick, and 2.125 inches long overall, including the coil terminal posts and the SMA connectors. Relay is rated from DC to 18 Ghz! Rated for 1,000,000 operations. Specifications found on the RLC website for this series are: DC-4 Ghz 4 - 12.4 Ghz 12.4 - 18 Ghz Power ratings: 900w @ 1 mhz., 300w @ 1 Ghz., 200w @ 3 Ghz., 125w @ 12.4 Ghz., 75w @ 18 Ghz. In one position, connector #1 is connected to connector #2, and at the same time, connector #3 is connected to connector #4. When the position is changed by pulsing the other coil, connector #1 is connected to connector # 3, and at the same time, connector # 2 is connected to connector # 4. See diagram in photo . This version has POSITION INDICATING CONTACTS for easy remote indication of the switched state of the relay! This relay has two 28 vdc coils, each coil is pulsed to change the state of the relay. The state latches into place and does not change until the opposite coil is pulsed. Coils should be pulsed only, and not left with power applied.
